Pro Shop Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at the Waikele Country Club, you may return the merchandise at our Golf Pro Shop. A receipt of purchase is required and must be returned within 90 days from the date of purchase for a return or exchange. All sales are final for any items marked as sales or clearance items.
Purchasing Gift Cards at Pro Shop
Gift cards may be purchased in the Golf Pro Shop for any amount. There is no expiration date and gift cards must be purchased in the Golf Pro Shop may only be redeemed for Golf Pro Shop purchases. Gift cards for Waikele Country Club Restaurant may only be purchased and redeemed at the restaurant at this time. Waikele Country Club is not responsible for lost or damaged gift cards.
Tee-Time Cancelation Policy
Tee-time reservations must be canceled no later than 24 hours prior to the time of play. There is no fee for the cancellation of a tee-time reservation.
Refund Policy
There are no refunds given after teeing off. Refunds are only given if the course has to be closed due to dangerous weather conditions.
